The Fifth House was founded by Kyle Thompson, a restaurant operator with over 20 years of hands-on experience in kitchens, dining rooms, and leadership roles. Kyle has worked inside the daily pressure of restaurant operations, managing teams, fixing broken systems, and improving performance in real time. His experience comes from running restaurants, not observing them from the outside.
After years of seeing talented owners struggle because they lacked structure, financial understanding, or strong systems, Kyle built The Fifth House to help restaurant businesses operate with clarity instead of chaos. His work focuses on practical implementation, financial visibility, leadership development, and building operations that can grow beyond a single location.
